iMedia – PHP gallery script

The iMedia script is a simple php script that every developer can use to integrate in their own website(s).

It scans a specified directory to see all the subdirectories it has, it outputs those directories names on the main page of the script  and shows an image that’s in that folder. When you click on one of these directories, it shows the page with all the thumbnails for the images/videos in that directory with the name of each file (no extentions).

It uses a javascript media viewer to display the full quality image or video.

The script has some basic css and html to wich you can add some additional styles to fit to your own website.

I integrated a download folder as a zipped archive link and security for folders that you might want to password protect.

Used languages : php –  xhtml – css – javascript

status : work in progress

      Do you know why?
Because you can’t access the projects root…
      Only the subfolders are accessible.
